Michael Keane, Consultant
Leveraging a career as an executive leader of over 25 years, Michael Keane is now an independent consultant focused on helping organizations perform better and grow by aligning their strategies, operating systems, and cultures. Michael delivers a variety of services, including Strategic Planning, Organization Assessment and Design, Change Management, Business Process Redesign, and Communications Planning. In addition, he provides executive coaching services and interim HR leadership. The bulk of Michael’s corporate career was in the role of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), a position he has held in the restaurant (P.F. Chang’s Bistro) and retail (Express, Tween Brands) industries. In addition to these stand-alone companies, he was the accountable HR leader for substantial (5,000+ employees) organizations like Victoria’s Secret and Limited Stores.
