Michael delivers a variety of services, including Strategic Planning, Organization Assessment and Design, Change Management, Business Process Redesign, and Communications Planning. In addition, he provides executive coaching services and interim HR leadership. The bulk of Michael’s corporate career was in the role of Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO), a position he has held in the restaurant (P.F. Chang’s Bistro) and retail (Express, Tween Brands) industries. In addition to these stand-alone companies, he was the accountable HR leader for substantial (5,000+ employees) organizations like Victoria’s Secret and Limited Stores.
