James Turco is a retail and real estate professional with experience across Belmont Park Village and The Bicester Collection, where he has worked on strategy, leasing, and experiential retail. Through his involvement with The Z Suite, he brings a practical perspective on how younger consumers engage with brands across physical and digital channels, and how destination retail environments can shape discovery, access, and experience.

Olivia Meyer is a Gen Z retail strategist and buyer at a major department store, and a member of The Z Suite, where she helps shape conversations around how younger consumers shop, discover brands, and respond to culture in real time. Her background reflects a blend of retail execution, cultural insight, and a strong point of view on what drives relevance with emerging consumers.

Taylar Gomez is the founder and CEO of SYFT, a fashion-tech company focused on decoding how the next generation discovers and understands trends online. Her work centers on cultural intelligence for retail and consumer brands, with an emphasis on youth behavior, trend signals, and the role of AI in understanding what resonates with Gen Z and beyond.
