Celebrity endorsers and influencers have become increasingly important to retail and consumer brands who use them extensively in advertising and social media to drive sales and gain new customers. But if all doesn’t go well with these endorsers and influencers, what started out as a wonderful asset can quickly become an awful liability.

 

Join us as our panel of Subject Matter Experts (SME) will discuss how, with the dynamic growth of social media platforms in the past few years, the use of endorsers and influencers has evolved. They will provide us with anecdotes of successful and unsuccessful campaigns that relied on celebrity endorsers or influencers.
